In January of this year (2008), I wrote a book for all of you who are in need of some assistance. To summarize in just a few words the wisdom of many great authors whom I have read over the years, the “keyword” for positive change is “affirmation”. This book essentially is a compilation of 365 Great Affirmations that you can read and practice, mentally, as you need. They will plant the seeds for positive change in your life. Affirmations have always worked for me and I hope that you will give them a chance too. We live in challenging times to say the least. You owe it to yourself to invest in a process that really works - a process that is advocated by one who actively practices and demonstrates the results of positive thinking. All The Best, Keith
