I have, ready to go, a three-hour seminar that is called “Documentation 360″. It captures the very greatest tips and tricks I have learned in my twelve years of writing computer software documentation.

Hour #1: Documentation Fundamentals
Hour #2: User Guide Fundamentals
Hour #3: Online Help Fundamentals

The cost of the seminar is $300 for a maximum of 300 attendees. If you live more than four hours by car from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, then I will ask you or your company to foot the bill for lodging and air transportation. For international travel, please give me ample time to schedule the trip, get any necessary travel visas and establish you definitively into my schedule.

Currently, my Monday-to-Friday schedule is booked solid, so right now I am able to offer this seminar only on weekends. If you and/or your organization would like to experience this seminar, contact me via the form on this website and I will get back to you at my very first opportunity.
