The English Language

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

According to the “Microsoft Manual of Style”, over 66% of Internet users, worldwide, read English as a second language. That is why it is very important to use clear language and also keep acronyms, synonyms, and antonyms to a bare minimum. Indeed, it looks appealing to use lots of “buzz” words in technical documents. However, what is more important is having the reader walk away with a greater level of comprehension and understanding after reading your article. As this blog unfolds, I will be working with both important software concepts as well as important English language concepts. Both are key foundation-level aspects of successful technical document creation. All The Best, Keith
